Help Support the Industry's Premier International Technical Meeting

Since its inception in 1987 the Natural Gas Conversion Symposium (NGCS) series has developed into the premier international technical meeting on the subject for both academia and industry, with a reputation for relevance and excellence. The triennial Symposium typically attracts several hundred key stakeholders - scientists, researchers, senior executives, and government officials - involved in the fields of catalysis, gas conversion, syngas production and related technologies. The most recent Symposium, NGCS 11 (in Tromsų, Norway) attracted several hundred participants from more than thirty countries and included high quality presentations, lively discussion and extensive international networking over four days. The Symposium is based on abstracts reviewed by a distinguished panel of international experts.

The symposia rely on sponsorship funding to help defray meeting costs. Corporate support for the symposia series is organized through the Natural Gas Conversion Board (NGCB), a non-profit entity established for this purpose. Funds raised are used to help underwrite the Symposium budget through direct cash support and some in-kind services.  Twenty percent of the funds raised are retained to provide planning and related activities required to ensure the orderly continuation of the symposia series in the intervening years.

The NGCB and the Symposium's Steering Committee are now soliciting financial support for NGCS 12, and encourage companies to consider taking advantage of the opportunities to build and maintain international industry contacts that this meeting will provide. As in previous years, several levels of sponsorship are available, each linked to a package of benefits.

To become an NGCS 12 sponsor please send an email confirming interest to the NGCB Secretariat (secretariat@ngcb.org).
